Review processed stock and production results
When to use it
Use this guide when you need to review processed stock and production results.
Before you start
- Open Processed Inventory(RTI (real-time inventory, or current recorded stock)) from the module menu. Your account must have access to this screen and permission for the action you want to complete.
What this changes
Viewing or downloading this information does not itself change the source records.
Prepared product stock and recorded production results are visible.
Saving a processing run consumes raw stock and records processed output and waste. It can also create supporting stock movement and waste records.
Steps
- Open Value Addition → Processed Inventory(RTI).
- Search by SKU (the code for a particular product, grade, and unit) and compare available stock with the outgoing quantities for today and upcoming days.
- Review processed kilograms, waste, yield, production runs, and displayed costs.
- Use Export CSV for the selected records.

Restrictions
RTI means real-time inventory. Check raw and output records together before investigating a yield difference. The visible Import Pricing control has no complete import workflow on this screen.
Troubleshooting
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| The product or expected stock is missing | Check the product code and any displayed filters, then reload. Compare the intended grade, kilograms and day when reviewing available and outgoing stock. |
| Stock, waste or yield appears wrong | Compare saved processing runs and later stock activity with measured input/output/waste for the same product. Have Production and Inventory use Processing-run recovery where needed, then refresh. Viewing totals does not undo production. |
| An outdated CSV was shared | Check the current product scope, units and run references before Export CSV. Replace the earlier copy after source review and identify the new version to staff. |
