Import customer-specific pricing

When to use it

Use this guide when you need to import customer-specific pricing.

Before you start

  • Open Customer Pricing from the module menu. Your account must have access to this screen and permission for the action you want to complete.

What this changes

The selected customers’ pricing file is submitted for import.

Saved prices affect pricing choices for orders. A general price and a customer-specific price are separate records.

Steps

  1. Open the customer pricing form and select the intended customers.
  2. Use Download CSV Template and fill in the supported product and price fields.
  3. Select Import Pricing, upload the completed file, and review its rows and Errors.
  4. Correct errors before selecting Import, then check the resulting customer pricing.

Restrictions

A file with errors needs correction before import. Keep the current template format and do not include customers outside the intended scope.

If something went wrong

Before Import, correct unintended customers or product/unit prices and resolve preview Errors.

After an unclear import, inspect each selected customer's saved overrides before uploading again. Use Edit or remove customer-specific prices for the confirmed mistakes, or import a reviewed correction file for only the intended scope. Do not repeat the whole file without checking which entries already changed.

Check the correction

Compare saved overrides with the approved file for every affected customer. Review orders already priced using the incorrect entries separately.
