Review Warehouse Metrics ​

When to use it ​

Use this guide when you need to review Warehouse Metrics.

Before you start ​

  • Open Warehouse Metrics from the module menu. Your account must have access to this screen and permission for the action you want to complete.

What this changes ​

The charts show warehouse metrics for your selected dates and filters.

Viewing, filtering or exporting information does not correct the underlying records. A downloaded file is a copy of the result at that time.

Steps ​

  1. Open Analytics Dashboard → Warehouse Metrics.
  2. Choose Date Range or a preset from Period.
  3. Open Filters and choose Product Categories, Grades, and product selection. Select Apply. Use Clear to remove the extra filters.
  4. Review the refreshed totals and charts. Keep the same dates and filters when comparing figures.

Restrictions ​

You need access to this metrics screen. A period with no matching activity can show empty charts. Changing a filter does not change orders, stock, or payments.
