Publish or hide landing-page content
When to use it
Use this guide when you need to publish or hide landing-page content.
Before you start
- Open Landing Page from the module menu, then select the tab containing the entry. Your account must have access to this screen and permission for the action you want to complete.
What this changes
The entry is published or hidden according to its saved Published setting.
Landing-page content and its Published switch control what customers can see. Editing display content does not set Sales prices or create stock.
Steps
- Open Landing Page, select the tab containing the entry, and find the entry.
- Check the content and destination before making it visible to customers.
- Change Published in the list. Turning it on publishes the entry; turning it off hides it.
- Wait for the success message and check that the saved switch matches your choice.

Restrictions
You need permission to add or edit content. If saving fails, the switch returns to its previous value; reload before assuming the change succeeded.
If something went wrong
After an unclear Published change, reload the correct tab and check the saved switch. A failed save can restore its previous value.
If the wrong entry was published or hidden, check its content and set Published to the intended state. Confirm the saved state and inspect the customer page. If incorrect content was visible, review any customer instructions or promotions based on it with the responsible team; changing the switch cannot recall them.
Check the correction
Check the intended entry and customer-page visibility. Confirm other entries in the tab were not changed.
