Review and share chaser items
When to use it
Use this guide when you need to review and share chaser items.
Before you start
- Open Chaser List from the module menu. Your account must have access to this screen and permission for the action you want to complete.
- Check the recipient channel and list scope before sending a notification.
What this changes
Items needing follow-up can be reviewed, downloaded, or shared with the team.
Lists show packing or shortage information. Printing/exporting does not approve dispatch; sending a notification contacts recipients without correcting stock.
Steps
- Open Dispatch → Chaser List and choose the required dates.
- Review order, item, customer, ordered, dispatched, missing quantity, status, and reason.
- Use Print and its PDF or CSV option for a copy.
- Use Send Slack Notification only when the displayed list is the scope you intend to share.

Restrictions
A chaser is an item that was not fully supplied and needs follow-up. Sending a notification does not fill the shortage or create a replacement order.
If something went wrong
Before Send Slack Notification, check the displayed date range and items on Chaser List. Correct an unintended selection or date range before sending or exporting.
If the wrong report was shared, give the packing/dispatch team a corrected copy and identify the earlier one. After an unclear notification result, check the message outcome with the team before sending it again. Regenerating a report does not recall a notification or correct saved order quantities.
If the underlying packed quantity is wrong, follow Packed-quantity recovery, then refresh the report.
Check the correction
Check the corrected displayed date range and items, order references and missing quantities. Confirm staff are using the current copy and review any packing decisions made from the earlier report.
