Review delivery feedback ​

When to use it ​

Use this guide when you need to review delivery feedback.

Before you start ​

  • Open Delivery Feedback from the module menu. Your account must have access to this screen and permission for the action you want to complete.

What this changes ​

Viewing or downloading this information does not itself change the source records.

You can review feedback recorded for completed deliveries.

These views show attached proof and feedback. Opening or downloading evidence does not change the delivery or the order.

Steps ​

  1. Open Logistics → Delivery Feedback.
  2. Search by order, customer, or comment. Filter by DA, vehicle, or customer where needed. DA means delivery assistant.
  3. Review the completion information, rating, and comment alongside the order and vehicle.
