View Stock Movements Report
When to use it
Use this guide when you need to view Stock Movements Report.
Before you start
- Open Operations from the module menu. Your account must have access to this screen and permission for the action you want to complete.
What this changes
You can review movements between grades, their costs, and losses in the report.
Viewing, filtering or exporting information does not correct the underlying records. A downloaded file is a copy of the result at that time.
Steps
- Open Reports → Operations and find Stock Movements Report.
- Select View & Download and wait for the report to load.
- Check the dates and any filters shown inside the report. Adjust them to the period and records you need.
- Review movements between grades, their costs, and losses. Where the report provides an export option, choose it and check the downloaded file against the filters shown.

Restrictions
Report access depends on your account and the report being available. Export formats and filters depend on the report itself. Do not treat an empty or failed report as proof that no activity occurred.
