Review the route planning workspace

When to use it

Use this guide when you need to review the route planning workspace.

Before you start

• Open Routes from the module menu. Your account must have access to this screen and permission for the action you want to complete.

What this changes

Viewing or downloading this information does not itself change the source records.

You can inspect the selected day’s orders, routes, and delivery plan.

Route actions change delivery planning, team assignments and stop details. Publishing makes a plan available to the driver; reversing a route changes stop order, not stock.

Steps

1. Open Logistics → Routes and select the planning date.
2. Use the orders and routes panels to review scheduled and unscheduled work. Apply status, type, delivery window, priority, vehicle, and route filters as needed.
3. Open a route’s details to inspect its stops, driver, vehicle, times, and status.
4. Use the map and timeline to compare route locations and planned timing.

Restrictions

Check the selected date and filters before concluding an order is missing. Map and driver location information depend on the available location service.
