Restrictions
This list reviews demand. Use Sales to create or edit the customer order and the processing workflow to record production.
Troubleshooting
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| An expected order or quantity is missing | Check search, order status and dates, then reload. Compare the customer/order reference, delivery date and required grade/unit with the saved customer order. |
| Required or available quantities appear wrong | Have Sales and Production compare saved order demand with current processed stock for the same grade/unit. Correct the originating order or production record through its own guide, then refresh; this list is not a stock correction. |
| An old demand CSV was shared | Check the current filters, order references and quantities before Export CSV. Replace the earlier copy and tell Production which version to plan from. |
