Download Sourcing lists

When to use it

Download a list for checking or sharing. CSV is a table file that opens in a spreadsheet program.

Before you start

  • You need access to the relevant list and its Export CSV action.

What this changes

A CSV file downloads. Exporting does not create, approve, cancel, or pay any record.

Viewing, filtering or exporting information does not correct the underlying records. A downloaded file is a copy of the result at that time.

Steps

  1. Open the required Sourcing list and set the filters for the records you need.
  2. Check the results and select Export CSV. Wait for the download to finish.
  3. Open the downloaded file and check its headings, references, and number of rows before sharing it.

Restrictions and help

  • Order, receipt, bill, and supplier exports use the chosen filters to find matching records. Selecting rows does not limit the export to those rows.
  • Market Place exports the table data currently loaded. It may not contain every matching product across all pages.
  • Display columns and exported columns can differ. Check the file itself.
  • If the download fails, read the error and retry once the problem is resolved.
