Update a pickup location
When to use it
Use this guide when you need to update a pickup location.
Before you start
- Open Pickup Locations from the module menu. Your account must have access to this screen and permission for the action you want to complete.
What this changes
The pickup location contains the revised address and contact information.
Pickup location settings provide the name, address and map position used when arranging collection.
Steps
- Find the location and select its Edit pencil.
- Update the address or map marker, name, city, and contact details as needed.
- Check that the selected point matches the written address, then select Update Location.
- Review the saved location.

Restrictions
Check customer groups using the location before changing its address. This screen does not provide a delete action.
If something went wrong
If the address, map marker or contact details were saved incorrectly, open the same location's Edit pencil, correct the confirmed details and select Update Location. After an unclear save, reopen it before trying again.
Tell Sales and Logistics if collection orders or shared directions used the wrong point. A location edit does not move goods or guarantee that saved orders and customer instructions have changed.
Check the correction
Check the saved address and map marker together, then check affected collection orders and directions with their owners.
