Appearance
Review commission claims and submit a run
When to use it
Use this guide when you need to review commission claims and submit a run.
Before you start
- Open Commissions from the module menu. Your account must have access to this screen and permission for the action you want to complete.
What this changes
The commission run can be reviewed and moved to its approval stage.
Generating a commission run prepares eligible paid sales for review. Submission, approval and payroll release are later stages.
Steps
- Open a completed commission run and check its summary.
- Use employee, company, product, and claim status filters to inspect lines and any linked order details.
- Use Submit for approval when the run is ready.
- If a run failed or stopped, use the offered Retry run or Resume run only after checking its state. Use Cancel run only for a run that should stop.

Restrictions
Reviewing a filtered summary does not review all lines. Check the whole run, exceptions, and credit-note reductions before submission.
Resolve the run’s exceptions before submitting it. Only a draft run can be submitted for approval.
If something went wrong
Before Submit for approval, check the whole run and resolve exceptions; reviewing only filtered rows is not a review of every claim.
After an unclear submission, reopen the run and check whether it is already waiting for approval before trying again. If the wrong run was submitted, tell the approver and use Commission-run recovery while eligible. Approved/released runs need Finance/payroll review rather than a duplicate calculation.
Check the correction
Check the submitted run's period, claims, exceptions and approval state. Confirm the approver is reviewing the intended version.
