Find and export logistics records

When to use it

Use this guide when you need to find and export logistics records.

Before you start

• Open Mileage from the module menu. Your account must have access to this screen and permission for the action you want to complete.

What this changes

Supported logistics lists can be downloaded for review.

Viewing, filtering or exporting information does not correct the underlying records. A downloaded file is a copy of the result at that time.

Steps

1. Open the required Logistics list and set its visible search and filters.
2. Check dates, driver, vehicle, status, and ownership where relevant.
3. Choose Export CSV on a list that supports it.
4. Check the downloaded scope and units before using the file.

Restrictions

Filters differ by screen. Exporting mileage, drivers, or vehicles does not update route assignments.
