Set customer-specific prices
When to use it
Use this guide when you need to set customer-specific prices.
Before you start
- Open Customer Pricing from the module menu. Your account must have access to this screen and permission for the action you want to complete.
What this changes
Customer-specific product prices are saved.
Saved prices affect pricing choices for orders. A general price and a customer-specific price are separate records.
Steps
- Open Inventory → Customer Pricing and choose Add Customer Pricing.
- Select the intended customer or customers, then choose Add Item.
- Select products and check the grade, size, ripeness, unit, and selling price for each line.
- Select Save Customer Pricing and check the saved customer entries.

Restrictions
This needs customer-specific pricing add/edit access. Check all selected customers before saving the same pricing to several companies.
If something went wrong
Before Save Customer Pricing, correct the selected customers, products, units and prices. After an unclear save, look up every selected customer's existing entry before creating another.
For incorrect saved overrides, follow Edit or remove customer-specific prices. If the wrong customer received the override, review removing it from that customer and saving it for the intended one; check each company separately.
Check the correction
Check every affected customer and product/unit price. Review saved orders that used the incorrect override separately; fixing the price does not rewrite those orders.
