Find and export inventory records
When to use it
Use this guide when you need to find and export inventory records.
Before you start
- Open Products from the module menu. Your account must have access to this screen and permission for the action you want to complete.
What this changes
Inventory records can be found and downloaded for review.
Viewing, filtering or exporting information does not correct the underlying records. A downloaded file is a copy of the result at that time.
Steps
- Open the required inventory list and use its product or SKU (the code for a particular product, grade, and unit) search.
- Choose the available status, grade, category, or date filters.
- Use Manage columns where offered to show the fields needed for your review.
- Select Export CSV on a supported list and check the downloaded scope.

Restrictions
A SKU is the product code shown in the ERP. Filters and columns differ by list, and downloaded records are not live physical counts.
Troubleshooting
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| A record or required column is missing | Check product/code search and the available status, grade, category and date filters. Remove unintended filters, reload, and use Manage columns where offered to show the required fields. |
| A saved figure appears wrong | Match its reference, grade, unit and date to the originating stock/order record. Give Inventory the discrepancy and use that action's correction guide; changing list filters does not correct stock. Refresh afterward. |
| An incomplete or outdated CSV was shared | Check the selected scope and columns before Export CSV on a supported list. Verify included references, rows and units, then replace the earlier copy and identify the new version. |
