Find and export cycle counts

When to use it

Use this guide when you need to find and export cycle counts.

Before you start

  • Open Cycle Count from the module menu. Your account must have access to this screen and permission for the action you want to complete.

What this changes

Viewing or downloading this information does not itself change the source records.

Physical count records can be reviewed and downloaded.

A cycle count records a physical count. Applying a stock reconciliation is the separate action that changes stock and can change later stock values.

Steps

  1. Open Inventory → Cycle Count.
  2. Set Cycle Count Dates and Filter by Product.
  3. Compare total quantities, ripe, semi-ripe, unripe quantities, warehouse, notes, and count dates.
  4. Choose Export CSV for the required scope.
