Edit or remove customer-specific prices
When to use it
Use this guide when you need to edit or remove customer-specific prices.
Before you start
- Open Customer Pricing from the module menu. Your account must have access to this screen and permission for the action you want to complete.
What this changes
The selected customer’s pricing is updated or removed.
Saved prices affect pricing choices for orders. A general price and a customer-specific price are separate records.
Steps
- Find the customer in Customer Pricing and choose Edit.
- Update the selling price for the correct product and unit, or use Add Item or Remove Item as required. Select Save for changes.
- To remove the customer’s pricing entry from the list, choose Delete, check the customer, and confirm with Yes, Delete.

Restrictions
Editing individual items and deleting the customer’s pricing collection have different scopes. Removal changes which special prices remain available.
If something went wrong
After an unclear Save or Delete, reopen the intended customer's pricing entry before repeating the action.
For a wrong saved override, use Edit, correct the product/unit price and Save. Remove an item only if that special price should no longer apply. The list's Delete removes the customer's pricing collection, so review all its items before using it.
If the wrong collection was deleted, agree the required overrides and recreate them through Set customer-specific prices. Do not assume the original collection or its history is restored.
Check the correction
Check all affected customer-specific prices and the general price where an override was removed. Review existing orders and invoices separately.
