When to use it
Use this guide when you need to check product details and transaction history.
Before you start
- Open Products from the module menu. Your account must have access to this screen and permission for the action you want to complete.
What this changes
Viewing or downloading this information does not itself change the source records.
You can inspect the product and its recorded stock activity.
Product, grade, unit and availability settings affect how staff find, price and enter stock or orders for that item.
Steps
- Find the product by name or SKU (the code for a particular product, grade, and unit) and select View.
- Check its grade, units, stock settings, images, and prices available to your account.
- Use Transaction History when offered to review the changes recorded for that product.

Restrictions
Visible prices and stock fields depend on access. Use the product’s exact SKU and grade when comparing records.
