Review and print packing lists

When to use it

Use this guide when you need to review and print packing lists.

Before you start

  • Open Packing List from the module menu. Your account must have access to this screen and permission for the action you want to complete.

What this changes

Viewing or downloading this information does not itself change the source records.

Packing information is available for the selected orders.

Lists show packing or shortage information. Printing/exporting does not approve dispatch; sending a notification contacts recipients without correcting stock.

Steps

  1. Open Dispatch → Packing List and filter by dates, status, and delivery slot.
  2. Use View details to check order items, quantities, units, and specifications.
  3. Select the required packing lists and choose Print Packing Lists, or use the details Print or download controls.

Restrictions

A packing list describes what needs packing or has been recorded; printing it does not send stock or approve dispatch.
