Prepare and print staging lists

When to use it

Use this guide when you need to prepare and print staging lists.

Before you start

  • Open Staging List from the module menu. Your account must have access to this screen and permission for the action you want to complete.

What this changes

Viewing or downloading this information does not itself change the source records.

The selected product staging or order information is prepared for printing.

Lists show packing or shortage information. Printing/exporting does not approve dispatch; sending a notification contacts recipients without correcting stock.

Steps

  1. Open Dispatch → Staging List and set the dates, delivery slot, and customer group filters as needed.
  2. Choose View details to inspect a staging list’s products and related orders.
  3. Select the required staging lists and choose Print Staging Lists.
  4. Use Print Selected Orders in the order panel for an order-specific printout, or the details menu for PDF or CSV copies.

Restrictions
