Review message campaign outcomes ​

When to use it ​

Use this guide when you need to review message campaign outcomes.

Before you start ​

  • Open Bulk Messaging from the module menu. Your account must have access to this screen and permission for the action you want to complete.

What this changes ​

You can review available campaign outcomes without sending another campaign.

Sending queues messages for provider processing. Queued, sent and delivered are different outcomes. Cancelling cannot recall an already-sent message.

Steps ​

  1. Open the campaign from Bulk Messaging and select Refresh.
  2. Read its status and the recipient, sent, skipped, and failed counts that are available.
  3. Read any skipped reasons or import errors. Compare the prepared audience with the sending outcomes.
  4. For a queued or sending campaign, refresh later for delivery confirmations. Keep the campaign reference when requesting help.

Restrictions ​

Prepared recipients, queued messages, and confirmed deliveries are different counts. Delivery confirmations can arrive later. Do not resend solely because a queued message is not yet confirmed.
