View Farmer and Community Dashboard ​

When to use it ​

Use this guide when you need to view Farmer and Community Dashboard.

Before you start ​

  • Open Farmer and Community Dashboard from the module menu. Your account must have access to this screen and permission for the action you want to complete.

What this changes ​

You can review farmer and community activity for the period shown. Opening this dashboard does not change operational records.

Viewing, filtering or exporting information does not correct the underlying records. A downloaded file is a copy of the result at that time.

Steps ​

  1. Open Analytics Dashboard → Farmer and Community Dashboard and wait for the charts to load.
  2. Read the dates and headings before comparing figures. Check any filters shown inside the dashboard.
  3. If filters are available, choose the period or records you need and wait for the figures to refresh.
  4. Use the chart headings and units to understand what each figure measures. Compare figures using the same period.

Restrictions ​

Your account must have access to this dashboard. Filters and download options inside the charts depend on the dashboard available to your account. If it does not load, reload once and share the dashboard name and error with your administrator.

Troubleshooting ​

What you seeWhat to do
The dashboard is empty or will not loadConfirm you opened Farmer and Community Dashboard. Check its dates and any filters shown inside it, remove unintended selections where offered, and reload. If it still fails, give the administrator the dashboard name and displayed error; access or dashboard availability may need checking.
Figures appear wrongCompare the chart headings, units and period with the relevant farmer/supplier records and sourcing activity. Give the owner the selected scope, source references and discrepancy. After a confirmed source correction, reload and compare the same scope again.
An earlier copy was sharedReplace any outdated screenshot or downloaded copy after checking the current figures. Tell recipients which version to use; existing copies do not refresh with the dashboard.
