Review Warehouse Metrics
When to use it
Use this guide when you need to review Warehouse Metrics.
Before you start
- Open Warehouse Metrics from the module menu. Your account must have access to this screen and permission for the action you want to complete.
What this changes
The charts show warehouse metrics for your selected dates and filters.
Viewing, filtering or exporting information does not correct the underlying records. A downloaded file is a copy of the result at that time.
Steps
- Open Analytics Dashboard → Warehouse Metrics.
- Choose Date Range or a preset from Period.
- Open Filters and choose Product Categories, Grades, and product selection. Select Apply. Use Clear to remove the extra filters.
- Review the refreshed totals and charts. Keep the same dates and filters when comparing figures.

Restrictions
You need access to this metrics screen. A period with no matching activity can show empty charts. Changing a filter does not change orders, stock, or payments.
Troubleshooting
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| Charts are empty or show unexpected totals | Check Date Range, Product Categories, Grades and product selection. Use Clear to remove unintended extra filters and Apply for the intended selection. Wait for loading to finish, then reload the page if it failed. |
| Figures still do not agree | Compare Warehouse Metrics with the relevant stock records for the same grades, units and dates using the same dates and scope. Give the responsible reviewer the chart name, filters, record references and expected figures. Have the source corrected through its own action guide, then reload and recheck the charts. |
| An earlier copy of the figures was shared | After checking the refreshed result, replace the earlier copy and tell its recipients which version to use. Changing the view does not update copies already shared. |
